Welcome to Apogee Integrated Mental Health Services, Inc. We are a small group of mental health prescribers and therapists practicing in the Greater Worcester area. Apogee prides itself on delivering coordinated, high-quality mental health services for adults, couples and families in a managed-care environment. Our clinicians are senior, experienced providers of individual, group, couples, and family therapy. We specialize in the treatment of mood disorders using a full spectrum of treatment modalities, including cognitive-behavioral treatment, dialectic-behavior treatment, insight-oriented psychotherapy, and focused, time-sensitive therapy. We have extensive employee-assistance experience, and can offer dual-diagnosis treatment to people with mental health difficulties who are in 12-step recovery.

Apogee has a wide range of group psychotherapy treatment programs, including a women’s issues group, young adult group, and a chronic disability group, among others.
